Alejandro is Co-CEO of Provis, a leading software company in the fitness industry, and Founder and Managing Partner of Aqua Capital, an investment firm focused on growth-stage businesses.

 

He brings a strong track record in transforming underperforming operations, driving organizational change, and delivering strategic growth across the technology, automotive, logistics, and energy sectors. Alejandro previously served as General Manager and Chief Restructuring Officer in the automotive sector, where he led a successful turnaround process, in addition to holding senior roles in commercial development and technical operations across local and global markets.

 

He holds an International MBA from IE Business School, a Postgraduate degree in Engineering Management from UC Riverside, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Europea de Madrid (UEM). He received academic excellence and graduated with Dean’s List honors from his MBA program.
