Guy Solomon is a seasoned B2B SaaS executive, entrepreneur, and investor with over 15 years of experience leading global growth and transformation. He was the first entrepreneur to pioneer the search fund model in Israel, successfully acquiring and scaling Dooblo. Under his leadership, Dooblo expanded to serve clients in over 120 countries, becoming a recognized player in the global data collection and field research software space. Guy navigated a complex turnaround during the COVID-19 crisis, a major system outage, and geopolitical instability, repositioned the company for growth, and ultimately exited to a TA Associates–backed strategic buyer.

Before launching his entrepreneurial journey, Guy built his career in international finance, leading over $5 billion in cross-border M&A, equity, and debt transactions at Wells Fargo and Barclays. This experience provided a strong foundation in deal structuring, execution, and capital strategy.

Today, Guy is an active investor in search funds and a trusted mentor to aspiring CEOs. He brings deep insights into scaling international SaaS businesses, strategic execution under pressure, and driving value creation post-acquisition—core competencies that directly support Victoriam’s “Searchers First, Acquisitions Second” approach.
