Yannis Slibi is the Founder and CEO of Advanced Aesthetics Partners (AAP), which he established in 2022. Since then, he has led the company through different stages, including the development of the investment thesis, fundraising, M&A origination & execution, and overall leadership of the AAP Group, which now comprises over 50 employees.

Yannis is widely recognized in the aesthetics industry, having built strong relationships with most relevant stakeholders –including suppliers’ senior management, clinic owners,investors and KOL doctors. Prior to AAP, Yannis was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, where he spent 5 years focusing on the healthcare sector, mostly on topics around pricing, M&A integrations and business transformations.

Yannis holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Class of 2020) and an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London (Class of 2016). He also holds a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership.
